匿名网络通讯法律问题的研究

随着网络技术的迅猛发展 ,匿名网络通讯也随之孕育而生 ,由此引起了一系列值得研究的法律问题。该文着重对匿名网络通讯的特点、公民权利的保障、有害信息的预防与管制等几方面进行了分析 ,希望引起人们对匿名网络通讯的关注。

The increasing development of internet technology has led to the appearance of anonymous internet communication. Thus our current law is being greatly challenged. This paper is about the characteristic of the anonymous internet communication and how it guarantees human rights. Meanwhile, protection and regulation of the bad message through the internet are also analyzed. In the end, the author urges caution in promulgating law of anonymous communication on the internet.\;
