摘要
随着农业产业的快速发展,广大农民可以从互联网上获取大量动态信息,由于传统的上网方式限制了农民上网人数,为了解决农民上网的″最后一公里″问题,绍兴市农业信息中心在搞好农业网站建设的基础上,积极探索语音技术在互联网上的开发利用,并把语音咨询系统结合到了农业网站中。经过一年多来的实践表明,语音咨询系统为绍兴农民带来了实实在在的利益。
with the rapid development of agriculture,numerous farmers are able to obtain large amounts of dynamic information from internet.However,the traditional way of going on-line sets a limit to their access to internet.In order to get through 'the last kilometer',the problem faced by farmers who want to go on-line,the Shaoxing Agricultural Information center has been exploring actively how the phonetic technology can be developed on and applied to internet,and combining the phonetic consulting system with agricultural website,based on the fulfillment of building the agricultural website.Having been put into practice for more than one year,the phonetic consulting system has brought farmers in shaoxing enormous benefits
