The development of private economy in new times is closely related to our party and country’s wise understanding to some significant theorical issues and it also can’t be parted from the adjustment of our policies since the reform and opening.This economic form is different from the public one and it develops rapidly with it’s great vitality as soon as it appears.Moreover,it has been playing a more and more role in our national economy.Confronting with the new situation,the Chinese communist party progress with the era and accomplishes the new breakthrough at the understanding of the theory.Meanwhile,our party establishs the related policies on the development of private economy.
