摘要
随着风电装备大型化设计技术的发展,对钢板的高强度、低温断裂韧性和焊接性能提出了更为严格的要求。本文阐述了南钢通过低碳、低碳当量成分设计以及TMCP工艺设计,成功研发了高性能风电用S420ML宽厚钢板。经检测钢板各项性能指标满足EN10025-4标准要求,其中钢板屈服强度≥420 MPa,-40℃低温冲击功平均值大于200 J,钢板探伤质量满足EN10160标准S2E3级要求;钢板在焊接热输入量为50 k J/cm情况下,焊接接头具有优异的综合性能,能够满足风力发电设备的设计及使用要求。
With the development of design technology of large-scale wind power facilities,more strict requirements are put forward in terms of high strength,low temperature fracture toughness and welding performance of steel plate.This article describes the successful development of high performance wide and heavy steel plate S420 ML for wind power use by means of the composition design of low carbon and low carbon equivalent and TMCP rolling process in NISCO.The test results show that the steel plate meets the requirements of EN10025-4 standard.The yield strength of steel plate is more than 420 MPa.The average impact energy at-40℃is more than 200 J.The flaw detection quality of steel plate meets the requirement of S2 E3 of EN10160 standard.The welding joint of steel plate has excellent comprehensive performance when the welding heat input is 50 k J/cm,meeting the design and application requirements of wind power facilities.
