大棒厂合金钢加热工艺优化

Optimization of Re-heating Process for Alloy Steel in Big Bar Mill

摘要 阐述大棒厂合金钢加热工艺存在的问题,以LT系列钢种为例,选择成分比较接近的钢种做对比分析,研究优化改进方案。通过合金钢加热工艺的改进,既提高了加热效率,保证加热质量又节约了煤气消耗。为后续其它钢种加热工艺优化提供了依据。 This article elaborates the existing problems in the re-heating process of alloy steel in Big Bar Mill.Taking LT series steel grades as an example,the steel grades with similar compositions are selected for comparative analysis,and the scheme for improvement and optimization is studied.By improving the heating process of alloy steel,the re-heating efficiency is increased,the re-heating quality is guaranteed and the gas consumption is saved.This article provides a basis for the optimization of re-heating process for other subsequent steel grades.
