摘要
根据中板厂双机架生产线的特点,采用低C-高Mn-Nb-Ti的合金化设计和TMCP工艺生产高等级管线钢X70,所试制管线钢板的厚度规格为12. 8 mm。试验结果表明:中板厂生产的X70性能优异,晶粒细小,组织均匀,完全可以满足用户大批量供货要求。
Based on the characteristics of double stand production line in Medium Plate Plant,the alloy design of low C,high Mn-Nb-Ti and TMCP process are adopted to produce high grade pipeline steel X70.The thickness of the trial pipeline steel plate is 12.8 mm.The test results show that the pipeline steel X70 produced by Medium Plate Plant has excellent performance,fine grain size and uniform structure,and can fully meet the requirements of customers on a large scale of supply.
