摘要
随着钢铁行业技术发展,物联网、智能制造等技术不断创新,生产组织也应该随之变革。当前,南钢正处于转型发展机遇期,创新、变革、增益是发展的主旋律。如何通过变革生产组织模式,运用成熟的技术,让生产变得简单、高效,适应企业的发展,就越发显得重要和紧迫。本文以生产组织模式构建为切入点,结合南钢生产组织实践,尤其是铁前的生产中遇到的难点、痛点,探析如何构建高效生产组织模式,为未来公司提升生产组织效率,提供拙见。
Along with the technological development of iron and steel industry,the Internet of Things,intelligent manufacturing and other technologies continue to innovate,the production organization should change accordingly.At present,NISCO faces opportunities of transformation and development.Innovation,change and gain are the main theme of development.It is more important and urgent to change the production organization mode and apply mature technologies to realize simple and efficient production,therefore adapt to the development of enterprises.This article takes the construction of production organization mode as the breakthrough point,combines the production organization practice of NISCO,especially the difficulties and pain points encountered in the production before iron-making process,and explores how to construct an efficient production organization mode,so as to provide some humble opinions for the company to improve the production organization efficiency in the future.
