摘要
概述了公司内部大宗原燃料物流管理现状,找出了目前大宗原燃料在物流管理中存在的问题,并对产生问题的原因进行了分析。运用物流管理知识,提出了改进与完善内部大宗原燃料物流管理的几点措施:优化物流规划,改善厂区物流环境;做好物流设备改造,提升作业能力;加强物流供应链管理,降低企业经营风险;注重人才培养,建立长效的考核激励制度等。希望这些建议,能够帮助建立完善的物流管理体系,实现可持续性发展。
This article summarizes the current situation of logistics management of bulk raw and fuel materials in the company,points out the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of them.Based on the knowledge of logistics management,this article puts forward several measures to improve and perfect the logistics management of internal bulk raw and fuel materials:optimize the logistics planning to improve the logistics environment in the plant area;revamp the logistics facilities to enhance the operational capacity;strengthen the management of logistics supply chain to reduce the operation risks;pay attention to personnel training by establishing a long-term assessment and motivation system,etc.It is hoped that these suggestions will help to establish a well-run logistics management system and achieve sustainable development.
