隐私本质上是一种隐含在隐私载体或现象中的、个人不愿随便被社会知悉的、与公共利益无关的私人信息。隐私权,是主体对自己的隐私利益进行的自由支配权,其内容与性质随着社会经济条件发展而不断发展。现代意义上的隐私权的内容包括隐蔽权和利用权,在性质上已经属于混合型或复合型权利,但它在本质上是一种独立的人格权。
