政府首先要建立起整体政府信用,取信于民;其次应抓好信用制度建设,加强立法和监督;第三,政府应规范和整顿市场经济秩序;第四,政府要积极促进信用中介服务业的发展;最后,政府要加强诚信教育工作,使诚信成为社会的一种基本公德。

A government must get a comprehensive government credit established to win the people's confidence and also make great efforts to have a credit system established by strengthening legislation and supervision. It must further normalize and rectify the economic order. Moreover, it must play an active role in developing intermediary credit services. Lastly, the government must reinforce honesty and credit and make them basic public virtues in the society.
