咽异感症患者的心理健康状况调查

Study of Mental Health of Patients with Abnormal Sensation of throat

目的探讨咽异感患者的心理健康状况。方法随机选择60例咽异感患者及50例咽部正常的人进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)及生活事件量表的调查并进行统计学处理。结果咽异感症患者在EPQ-N分值、SCL-90中焦虑和抑郁因子分与对照组的差异有显著性,咽异感症患者遭受的负性生活刺激量明显高于对照组。结论研究表明咽异感症患者整体心理健康水平与正常对照组有差别,尤其在焦虑和抑郁方面,心理干预对此病的诊治有一定意义。

Purpose To investigate the mental symptoms in the patients with abnormal sensation of throat, Methods 60 patients with abnormal sensation of throat and 50 healthy controls were randomly chosen and evaluated by SCL- 90, EPQ and Life Event Scale. Results Significant differences between the two groups were found on the EPQ-N subscale score, as well as anxiety score and depression score of the SCL 90. The patients showed more negative life events than the control group. Conclusion The present study suggested that there were significant levels of anxiety and depression in the patients with abnormal sensation of throat. Psychological interventions should be considered in the management of abnormal sensation of throat.
