环境和资源是人类赖以生存和发展的基础,福建在经济高速发展的同时,也造成了环境污染和资源浪费的严重后果。为了促进经济的可持续发展,福建必须采取积极有效的保护环境和节约资源的措施,并实现长期的良性循环,从而建设一个经济发达、环境优美的"生态省"。

Human survival and development were always based upon natural environment and resources,but the rapid development of Fujian economic in recent years resulted in a serious pollution of environment and immense waste of resources, in order to guarantee the sustainable development of economy,Fujian should take active and efficient measures to protect environment and save resources so as to achieve a longterm beneficient cycle and ultimately develop itself into an 'Ecological Province' defined by advanced economy and beautiful environment.
