摘要
目的 了解护理人员各类激励的需求,为有效应用激励机制提供理论依据。方法 采用自行设计的激励问卷调查表对597名护士进行问卷调查。结果 护理人员的各类需求评分均较高,环境、物质利益和报酬的需求居首;护理人员对各类激励需求的评估因其用工性质、年龄、婚姻状况、职称、工作年限、值班情况和从事护理工作的目的的不同而具有差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 针对护理人员的高需求,护理管理者应重视满足她们物质和精神两方面的需求,尤其是为高需求的满足提供环境和创造条件;激励措施因人、因需而异。
Objective To identify what kinds of incentive were important, which is perceived by nursing staff. Methods Questionnaires of incentive needs were used among 597 nurses. Results The indicator of all kinds of incentive needs were high, and the highest indicator was needs of fine environment and material rewards There were statistically significant differences in the perceptions of importance of incentive needs among the nurses' demographic data such as a temporary nurse or not, marriage status, the service life as a nurse, professional titles, etc, Conclusion Material and spiritual needs of nurses should be met by incentive mechanism; Different administrative measures and means of stimulation ought to be adopted in accordance with the different needs of nurses.
