鼻腔鼻窦冲洗液的临床应用及疗效观察

Qinical Application and Curative Effectiveness of the Douche of the Nasal Cavity Paranasal Sinus

目的 提高慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病人鼻内镜手术后疗效。方法 将行鼻内镜手术的326例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病人分成两组。观察组228例术后用自制的鼻腔鼻窦冲洗液冲洗,对照组98例用生理盐水、庆大霉素、地塞米松冲洗液冲洗。观察两组术后不同时间术腔清洁率、术腔上皮化率。结果 上述指标观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉内镜术后用鼻腔鼻窦冲洗液冲洗可提高疗效。

Objective To increase the postoperative curative effectiveness of nasal endoscopic surgical operation of the patients with nasosinusitis and rhinopolypus. Methods Three hundred and twenty-six cases of nasosinusitis and rhinopolypus receiving nasal endoscopic surgical operation were divided into two groups: observation group (n= 228; subject to irrigation with the self-made nasal cavity paranasal sinus douche and control group (n=98; receiving irrigation with normal saline, gentamycin, dexamethasone. Cleaning rale and epithelization rate in different time were observed in the two groups. Results The above parameters in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0. 05, P<0. 01;. Conclusion The nasal cavity paranasal sinus douche can improve the therapeutic effects of nasal endoscopic surgical operation.
