摘要
现场实验证明,单点提升力和罐壁受力点的应力状况直接关系到油罐举升的安全.为了解决设计和实施油罐举升方案过程中对提升力及罐壁受力点的应力值进行快捷的科学估算问题,以大量的实测数据和现场经验为基础并结合理论计算,对油罐举升过程中力的问题进行了深入的讨论,并对提升力和应力经验公式的推导进行了尝试.在综合修正系数和不均衡系数的求解过程中,尽可能地包容了现场的多种因素.
In the field tests, it has been proved that the safety of oil tank lifting is closely correlative with the lifting force and the stress status at the action point. In order to solve the problem of conveniently estimating the lifting force and the point stress in the course of designing and actualizing the project of oil tank lifting, the lifting force was discussed and an attempt was also made on deducing the experimental formula for the lifting force and the point stress in this paper, based on the vast measuring data and field experience, and the theoretical calculation. Multifarious factors were contained in the process of deducing the synthetical correction and the disproportion coefficient.
