摘要 利用连续稳态法在混合悬浮混合产品排除(MSMPR)结晶器中研究了地塞米松磷酸钠反应结晶动力学.以粒数密度衡算方程为基础,由实验得到的晶体粒度分布数据,采用非线性最优化方法直接进行参数估计,确定了地塞米松磷酸钠晶体的成核和生长速率方程.动力学方程的分析结果表明,地塞米松磷酸钠晶体生长速率与粒度相关,合适的过饱和度、悬浮密度和温度是得到理想地塞米松磷酸钠晶体的关键因素. The reactive crystallization kinetics of dexamethasone sodium phosphate were investigated in a continuous mixedsuspension mixedproductremoval (MSMPR) crystallizer. Analyzing experimental data,we found that the growth rate of product crystal was sizedependent. Based on the theory of population balance, the crystal nucleation and growth rate equations were determined by nonlinear regression method. The effects of different operation parameters such as supersaturation, magma density and temperature on the quality of product crystal were discussed, the optimal operation conditions were also found.
