摘要
从投影显示系统典型的动态聚焦方法与投影管特殊的荧光屏结构以及光学处理等方面对投影显示系统的动态聚焦电压误差进行研究.分析了动态聚焦电路产生的抛物线形状动态聚焦电压与实际需要电压波形之间的差异和光学设计造成的荧光屏图像梯形失真以及投影管安装位置误差所导致的动态聚焦电压误差.指出投影显示系统采用目前动态聚焦方法,得不到跨越整个显示区域良好的聚焦性能,特别是在显示的边缘区域,聚焦性能趋于恶化.
Dynamic focus voltage error of projection display system was studied in this article. Parabola dynamic focus method, projection tube shape and optics processing were analyzed. Difference between parabola and actual dynamic focus voltage was measured. The relationships of dynamic focus voltage error caused by image optics processing trapezium distortion and projection tube assembly position error were acquired in theory. It is concluded that good focus effect couldn′t be gotten in all display area by traditional dynamic focus method, especially in the corners.
