196例功能性子宫出血病理分析

Pathological Analysis of 196 Cases of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的 :探讨了功能性子宫出血 (以下简称功血 )的病理学基础 ,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 :对 196例临床初诊为功血病人的诊刮切片进行病理学观察 ,并分析结果。结果 :196例病人中 ,子宫内膜增生症 10 0例 ,子宫内膜不规则脱卸 8例 ,蜕膜样组织 16例 ,子宫内膜器质性病变 10例。结论 :对临床诊断为功血的病人应先诊刮再治疗 ,才能做到有的放矢 ;掌握适宜的诊刮时间 ,是做出有效诊断的条件 ;临床医师应向病理医师提供必要的临床资料 ,做到临床与病理密切配合。

Objective: To study pathological changes of dysfunctional uterine bleeding to produce criteria for the treatment.Methods: Collection of curettage specimen in 196 patients were carried out and pathological observation made.Results: Of 196 cases,endometrial hyperplasia was found in 100,irregular shedding of endometrium in 8,decidual tissue in 16,organic lesion of endometrium.Conclusion: Curettage should be made at proper time in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding before they recieve any treatment.Clinical treatment and pathological analysis should be combined with each other.
