Analysis of Economic Ownership Structure of Jiangsu

江苏国民经济所有制结构具有四大特征:公有制经济在国民经济中的比重逐年下降,但其主体地位未改变;非公有制经济发展势头强劲,比重不断上升,逐渐成为促进国民经济健康发展的重要力量;不同产权相结合的混合制经济不断壮大;江苏地区所有制结构各具特色。江苏所有制结构变革的制度创新给其经济增长注入了新的活力,但与先进地区相比,江苏非公有制经济发展仍存在差距。江苏国有工业经济比重在明显下降,但在重点行业仍居绝对主导地位;国有企业生产效率有所提高,但低速低效运行状况未得到根本改观。

Ownership structure of national economy in Jiangsu province has four characteristics: the proportion of publicowned economy is decreasing though still prominent; privateowned economy, with its increasing weight in national economy, develops quickly and has become an important force to promote economic development; the mixed economy of various ownerships is growing; ownership structure in different regions in Jiangsu is marked by its own features. While the change of ownership structure in Jiangsu invigorates its economic development, nonpublic owned sectors still lag behind those in advanced areas. Within the industry of Jiangsu province, stateowned economy is noticeably shrinking though it is still dominant in important industries. Efficiency of stateowned enterprise is raised a bit but no fundamental changes have taken place.
