摘要 通过土培实验研究了啶酰菌胺对酸性紫色土脲酶、硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶及脱氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,各浓度处理下在培养第7 d对脲酶、硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶及脱氢酶活性影响显著(P<0.05)。随培养时间延长,10 mg·kg^(-1)处理下,酶活性与CK差异不显著,50 mg·kg^(-1)浓度处理下,除脱氢酶外,其余酶活性在培养期内能恢复正常水平;100mg·kg^(-1)浓度处理下,亚硝酸还原酶表现出"抑制-恢复-激活",脲酶、硝酸还原酶及脱氢酶活性在培养期内均表现出抑制;200 mg·kg^(-1)浓度处理下,四种酶在培养期内均受到显著抑制。相关分析结果表明,脲酶与硝酸还原酶活性显著正相关,与亚硝酸还原酶、脱氢酶活性极显著正相关,硝酸还原酶与脱氢酶活性极显著正相关。 This paper studied the effects of boscalid on urease, nitrate reductase, nitrite reductase and dehydrogenase in acid purple soil in a pot experiment. Results showed that activites of all enzymes in soil treated with boscalid ranged from 10 to 200 mg·kg-1 and were signifi-cantly affected on day 7 after boscalid treatments. In 10 mg·kg-1 boscalid-treated soil, all enzyme activities were not markedly different from the control from 14~42 days. In 50 mg·kg-1 treatment, soil enzyme activities resumed normal levels during 14~42 th day, with an exception of dehydrogenase. In 100 mg·kg-1 treatment, however, nitrite reductase displayed“inhibition-recovery-stimulation”;while urease, nitrate reductase and dehydrogenase activities were inhibited during the experimental period. In 200 mg·kg-1 soil, the activites of four enzymes were notably inhibited during the experimental period. Urease had significant and positive correlation with nitrate reductase, nitrite reduc-tase and dehydrogenase. Significant and positive correlationship was found between nitrate reductase and dehydrogenase.
