改革开放以来,大量的资本藏富于民,民间投资支撑着经济增长的大半个江山,成为社会稳定和繁荣的重要力量。国富资本在民富,民富之道在民营,民营之路在发展。民营经济的发展是否顺利,关键在于政府能否正确地做事和做正确的事。国家应从法律和政策上为勤劳的人们创造财富、积累财富,创造一套行之有效的机制和制度,以促进民间投资,民营经济更快地发展。

Since the reform and opening-up, a large amount of c aptial has been stored among the people and the local people′s investment has b acked the considerable proportion of the national economic growth, and become a very important force to make the society stable and prosperous.The capital to ma ke the country strong lies in the richness of the people.The way to make the peo ple rich lies in the non-governmental economy. The outlet of the non-governmen tal economy lies in the development. Whether the non-govermental economy develo ps smoothly or not depends on how the governments at all levels carry out their policies correctly. The state should create a set of sufficient mechanism and sy stems in accordance with the law and policy to promote the local people′s inves tment and accelerate the development of the non-goveramental economy.
