Cold War' was once regarded as a main promoting ca us e of the Euro-integraiton,but the rapid development of the Euro-integration af ter the war has proved that some other more forceful factors helped the forming of the Euro-integration.Through the complicated superficial phenomenon, we can see that the sedimentary accretions of European geology, structure and culture l ie in the deeper ocean of history, which are the essential factors that promoted development of the Euro-unification.
