从《论语》关于人格修养的基本论述出发,结合新时期馆办的地位和作用以及当前馆办人员的思想实际,探讨了馆办形象的树立和塑造,提出注重个人操守、追求理想人格,坚持修身养性、不断完善自我和倡导文明用语、贵在以礼待人等三方面的要求。

From the angle of the present position of library of fi ce and the personal quality of the office personnel,this paper analyzes the esta blishment and creation of office image based on personal cultivation in The An alects .It suggests that the office personnel should improve on their moral int egrity aiming at ideal personality,make unremitting efforts to perfect their cha racter,and treat others with courtesy.
