摘要 语言焦虑主要是语言学习者需要用外语或第二外语进行表达时产生的恐惧或不安心理。焦虑是影响语言学习的重要因素之一。焦虑可能是一种心理状态 ,也可能是心理素质。在语言学习过程中 ,如果学习者的焦虑会反复出现 ,则焦虑可能变成一种品质或心理素质。一旦焦虑形成一种品质 ,就会对语言学习造成阻碍。语言焦虑与语言学习密切相关 ,尤其是口语学习。所以必须充分了解导致语言焦虑的因素 ,以便有效地减少焦虑 。 Language anxiety is fear or apprehension occurring when a learner is expected to perform in a foreign language (Gardner and MacIntyre 1993).This anxiety is one of the most elements that influences language learning.Anxiety sometimes is a situational or state anxiety, but it can be a major character trait.If language anxiety appears repeatedly, this situational fear or anxiety will be possibly a trait.Once language anxiety is a trait,it will be an obstacle in language learning.Language anxiety is closely related with oral English learning.Knowing well the elements that lead to language anxiety can help avoid language anxiety effectively and promote oral English teaching.
