双伺服动力刀架刀盘优化设计及分析

摘要 为提高AK33125动力刀架刀盘的动静态特性,对其进行多目标优化设计。利用ABAQUS对原刀盘进行静力学及动力学分析,通过静态加载试验可得实际弹性变形量与仿真结果误差为7. 5%,表明所建有限元模型合理。基于正交试验方法改变刀盘结构参数进行9次仿真分析,提取刀盘的最大弹性变形量,建立其与刀盘相关结构参数的数学模型,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱在质量驱动下,对刀盘进行结构参数优化。对优化后刀盘动静态特性分析,刀盘的最大弹性变形减小了9. 43%,一阶固有频率增大了48. 39%,质量减少了26. 77%,表明了对动力刀架刀盘优化的合理性,并为相关结构的优化设计提供一定的理论参考。 In order to improve the dynamic and static characteristics of the tool holder of the AK33125 power turret,the multi-objective optimization design was carried out for the static and dynamic analysis of the original cutter head by using ABAQUS.Through static loading test,the error between the actual elastic deformation and the simulation one was 7. 5%,which indicated that the finite element model was reasonable.The orthogonal test method to analyze 9 times for the change knife disc structure parameters based on the simulation,the maximum elastic deformation and extraction cutter mathematical model was established and related to the cutter structure parameters with MATLAB optimization toolbox for the cutter structure parameter optimization under the quality drive.After the cutter optimization analysis on the static and dynamic characteristics,the maximum elastic deformation of the cutter was reduced by 9. 43%,the first-order natural frequency was increased by 48. 39%,and the quality was reduced by 26. 77%,showing the rationality of the power turret rest cutter optimization and optimal structure design.
