20世纪末期我国农地退化的经济损失估值

AN ESTIMATE OF ECONOMIC LOSS STEMMING FROM CHINA'S AGRICULTURAL LAND DEGRADATION AT THE END OF THE 20TH CENTURY

土地退化是自然过程与社会经济活动共同作用的现象。本文在分析中国农地退化基本态势的基础上 ,运用货币估值技术 ,对农地退化的各种损失进行了定量或半定量估算。估算表明 :在 1999年 ,中国由于农地退化所造成的经济损失达 3 2 68.1亿元 ,占当年GNP的 4.1% ,与 1992年相比 ,经济损失占GNP的比重上升了 1.5个百分点。

Land degradation is a consequence resulting from both natural processes and social economic activities. Based on the analysis of agricultural land degradation in China,the monetary loss estimate technology for it was applied to carry out a quantitative assessment. Reckoning for various economic losses resulting from cultivated land degradation,the authors point out the total loss of agricultural land degradation to be about 326.81 billion yuan in 1999, which accounted for 4.1% of GNP in the same year in China. Compared with that in 1992, the percentage of economic loss to GNP has increased by 1.5%.
