摘要
本文简述了我国功能营养稻的生产和研究概况、营养保健特性、生态特性和遗传特性,着重分析了发展功能营养稻的对策:利用多种育种途径提高功能营养稻产量,改善营养品质;探索新的生态栽培技术和研制专用肥,提高功能营养稻营养成分,调节营养平衡;按照市场需求改进加工设备和技术,适当发展功能营养稻加工制品;吸引外资与公司联合来发展我国功能营养稻。
The situation of a special kind of nutrient rice named Functional Nutritional Rice(FNR) in China,which is more nutritious than the common one,is addressed in the paper.And its characters of nutrition,ecology and heredity are stated at the moment,too.This chapter aims to analyze the development strategy of FNR in China:how to enhance the yield and the nutritional quality by breeding;how to increase and balance the nutrition contents by searching a new ecological cultivation and new fertilizers;how to exploit the FNR properly according to the demands of recent market;and how to develop the FNR by the alliance of company and foreign enterprise.
