摘要
针对当前退耕还林过程中耕地面积减少引发的当地粮食供给问题,剖析了我国粮食安全的内涵,指出应建立合理的退耕还林补偿机制、粮食生产的自律机制、粮食安全预警机制,以及国家、地方政府及农户的利益协调机制。
In the period of reforestation at present,the area of the land is decreased.In the thesis,the connotation of food security is analyzed.Several ways are raised to coordinate food security and reforestation.
