摘要
首先总结了 10 0多年来霍尔效应应用的三个阶段 ,然后介绍各种集成霍尔元件、集成霍尔传感器的原理、结构、特性和应用 ,最后论及到当前新型的量子、等离子霍尔传感器。对霍尔传感器的发展趋势和特点进行了总结。
Firstly,the three phases of application of Hall effect in 100 years are summarized.Then,the principle,structure,feature and application of various integrated Hall elements and Hall transducers are introduced.Finally,the latest new quantum and plasma Hall transducers are expounded.The developing trend and features of Hall transducers are also summarized.
