摘要
介绍了一种高精密温度测量的原理和方法。采用铂电阻作为温度传感器 ,在电路设计中主要采取了以下措施 :高精度压控电流源 ,恒流电流为 1mA ;四线制测温电路消除引线电阻影响 ;测温电路自校正 ,抑制环境温度变化和系统误差对测量结果的影响。通过理论计算及实际测量 ,温度在 60 0℃以下的测量精度可达到± 0 0 0 1℃。
The principle and method of high precise temperature measurement are introduced.With the Pt resistor as temperature transducer,some measures are used in circuit design,e.g.,high precise voltage controlled current source of constant current of 1mA,4 wire temperature measuring circuit eliminating lead wire resistance,self correction for eliminating ambient temperature effect and system error effect.Through theoretical calculation and real time measurement the accuracy of the system is up to +/- 0 001 degree C for measuring range below 600 degree C.
