摘要
本文从当前的现状出发,探讨了提高大型国有水产企业市场竞争力的有效机制是实行水产产业化经营,并阐述了建立和稳定发展产业化经营机制,需逐步推进产权制度改革和实施相应的产业化经营策略。
Based on the present situation and disadvantage in operation of large state-owned aquatic enterprise the paper puts forward that aquatic integrating operation is the effective instiution to im prove power of large state-owned aquatic enterprise.In order to build and develop stably the insti-tu tion of in tegration operation,it is needed to promote the reform of property rights and take appropri-ate business strategies.
