摘要
目的 :观察针刺治疗脑血管病引起的假性延髓麻痹的临床疗效。方法 :取风府、哑门、风池、廉泉、人迎、舌下静脉线针刺治疗 ,辅以金津、玉液点刺放血。结果 :4 83例总有效率 98%。结论 :针刺治疗有醒脑开窍、通络利咽作用 ,能使患者症状迅速缓解。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on pseudo bullbar paralysis caused by cerebrovascular disease.Methods:Puncture Fengfu (GV,DU 16),Yamen (GV,DU 13),Fengche (GB 20),Lianquan (CV RN 22),Renying (ST 9) and prick the vessels under the tongue and point Jinjin (EX-HN12),Yuye (EX-HN13) to cause bleeding.Result:The total effective rate in 483 patients was 98%.Conclusion:Acupuncture can be effectively used to restore consciousness,induce resuscitation,and relief symptoms. [
