建立了人力资源管理的数理分析理论,研究了人力系统的平均经历、能量、系统的耦合与结构特征.
The theory of mathematic analysis of human resource management is established,and the analyses of the average time,human energy,energy inequality,coincidence of system and system structure characteristic are carried out.
