摘要
本文介绍一种导通时间可控的Boost有源功率因数校正器的设计方法。文章详细讨论了该方法的控制策略及参数的选择,并在一台输出电压为390V的样机上做了带载300W~1.5kW的实验,实验结果证明该校正电路对输入电流波形的改善非常明显。功率因数达到0.995,总谐波含量控制在5.8%以下。
The operation principle of Controlled on-time Boost APFC is introduced. The technique provides a simple and efficient solution to obtaining high power factor correction. The design strategy and its parameters are discussed in detail. On the basis, experiments with load 300W to 1. 5KW were done on a prototype which had been manufactured with output voltage 390V. The circuit has low loss, high efficiency and low switching noise. In this application a power factor of 0. 995 with 5. 8% Total Harmonic Distortion is achieved.
