摘要 添加JQ-1解决了环氧树脂与石油沥青相容性较差的问题,并对环氧沥青体系进行增韧改性,实验结果表明冷拌环氧沥青固化物具有很好的伸长率和较高的拉伸强度。通过DSC和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)测试发现,冷拌环氧沥青只有1个玻璃化转变温度(T),石g油沥青作为分散相均匀地分布在环氧树脂形成的交联网络中。冷拌环氧沥青具有良好的力学性能和粘接性能,适合于桥面铺装、维护。 The Addition of JQ-1 improved the compatibility between epoxy resin and asphalt and toughened the epoxy asphalt system. The cold-mix asphalt epoxy has not only very good elongation but also high tensile strength. The DSC test indicated that there is only one glass transition temperature(T) for the cold-mix asphalt epoxy. Laser scanning g confocal microscope(LSCM) was used to study the microstructure of cured cold-mix epoxy asphalt. The photographs discovered that asphalt was uniformly distributed in the crosslinked network of the epoxy resin as a dispersing phase. The cold-mix epoxy asphalt has good mechanical properties and adhesion properties. It is perfectly suitable for bridge deck pavement and maintenance.
