摘要
用自制铂-硼-硅阻燃剂与107硅橡胶、201硅油等反应制得了6CF阻燃硅酮耐候密封胶,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,当加入10份阻燃剂时,6CF阻燃耐候硅酮密封胶既具有FV-0级的阻燃性能又不会对物理力学性能、贮存期产生影响。并将6CF阻燃耐候硅酮密封胶成功应用于上海中心工程中。
The 6CF fire retardant and weather resisting sealant was prepared by reacting of the home-made boron-platinum-silicon fire retardant, 107 silicone rubber and 201 silicone oil, etc. The performance of the sealant was studied. The results showed that when the content of the fire retardant was 10 phrs, the 6CF fire retardant sealant not only gave a FV-0 grade flame retardancy, but also did not produce adverse effects on its mechanical properties and storage period. The 6CF fire retardant sealant was successfully used in the engineering of Shanghai Tower.
