摘要
酸活化是凹凸棒石最常用的一种活化方法。文章采用L16(43)正交实验法对盐酸活化凹凸棒石吸附水中Cr3+的优化工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,当矿物粒径小于74μm、振荡速度为150r/min、吸附液用量为50mL,并且以此三者为固定因素时,其优化工艺条件为吸附温度90℃,吸附时间4h,凹凸棒石量为1.5g。
The optimum technological conditions of adsorption of Cr3+ on palygorskite treated with hydrochloric acid in the solution were investigated with orthogonal L16(43) experiments. The results indicate that when the clay partical size is less than 74 μm, the stirring rate is 150 r/min,the volume of solution for adsorption is 50 mL and the above three factors act as invariable ones, the optimum technological conditions are as follows: the adsorption temperature is 90 ℃, the adsorption time 4 h, and the dosage of palygorskite 1.5 g.
