摘要
文章针对传统检测和质量控制方法存在的不足,依据统计过程控制理论(SPC)介绍了一种自主研制开发的计算机辅助检测和质量控制系统(CAQC)。该系统采用分布式网络控制技术,将加工生产线上孤立的、零散的质量信息网络化,实现了从零件加工自动检测、数据处理、质量分析和控制管理的一体化。
The shortcomings of the traditional measurement and quality control methods are analyzed,and a computeraided measurement and quality control system is introduced. The presented system is developed based on the theory of statistic process control. In the system,the distributed net control technology is adopted,and the individual and scattered quality information on the manufacturing line is collected with the network. So the integration of quality data collection,store,display,query and analysis is achieved. Key words:quality control; computer aided measurement; statistic process control
