基于ANSYS的异种钢焊接残余应力的数值模拟 被引量:9

摘要 锅炉中的各类异质接头是锅炉运行中的事故多发部位,故采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对珠光体耐热钢G102和奥氏体不锈钢SUS304异种钢接头的焊接残余应力场和焊后热处理应力场进行数值模拟,并对采用镍基焊丝Inconel82和奥氏体焊丝H1Cr25Ni13的TIG焊接头的残余应力场进行了对比性分析计算。结果证明,2种焊材下在近珠光体母材处都有较大的应力集中,但使用Inconel82焊丝时接头的应力峰值和应力梯度均较小,而且焊后热处理能够改善应力分布状况。 The welded joints of dissimilar steel in boilers are the critical parts when the boilers run. The software ANSYS is used here to simulate the residual and postheating stress fields of the welded joint when the pearlitic heat resisting steel G102 and the austenitic stainless steel SUS304 are welded,and the residual stress fields of the TIG joint corresponding respectively to the nickel flux Inconel82 and the austenitic flux H1Cr25Ni13 are compared. It has been shown that the stress concentration appears near the pearlitic side in both cases, but both the peak stress and the stress grads are smaller when using nickel flux. It has also been shown that postheating treatment can improve the stress distribution dramatically.
