Through analysis of the problems existing in the present state of polytechnic education, moral education and teaching quality and so on in higher education, the writer points out that the incorrect understamiding and suspicion of the teaching quality of the polvtechnic education among the public, the teachers and the students should be imminently cleared up, about which some doable resolutions have been given so as to improve the development of the polvtechnic education .
