摘要
法律教育中的案例教学法起源于美国哈佛大学的判例教学法,这种教学方法因着重培养学生的应用能力闻名于世。我们在法律教育中可以借鉴该教学方法的理念,但必须探索适合我国法律体系的有助于培养学生应用能力的法律教育方法。
The case teaching method in law education originated from the law School of Harvard University. Because it puts great emphasis on students application ability, this kind of teaching method has become an overwhelming teaching method in law education. We can draw lessons from its principle, but must investigate law educadon method that is bene-ficial to educate students application ability,suitable to our countrys law system.
