采用机械除鳞与磨料高压水除鳞相结合的新工艺 ,磨料与高压水在喷嘴外部混合的方法 ,提高带钢的除鳞效果 ,降低成本。

A new process, which combines mechanical descaling with high-pressure water by mixing water with abrasive at outside of nozzle, was used to improve the descaling effect of strip and cut down the operation cost.
