摘要
在热卷箱结构参数、运动学参数、位置参数及力能参数的数学模型成功推导的基础上 ,完成了热卷箱设计软件的研制 ,介绍了软件的主要功能。该软件适用于WINDOWS 9X 2 0 0 0 NT等操作系统 ,对于热卷箱的设计工作具有重要的指导和辅助作用 ,在很大程度上减轻了设计人员的工作负担 ,对热卷箱设计的国产化具有重要的参考价值 ,并给出一个具体的算例 ,以验证相关的数学模型。
On the basis of the deduction of mathematical models about the structural, dynamic, positional and strength parameters, a software of the hot coilbox has been designed. The paper describes the main functions of the software which can be used in WINDOWS 9X/2000/NT and plays an important role in design. This result lighten the designers greatly and menits rveference for homemade coilbox machine in design and manufacture. A calculational example is given out to validute the correlative mathematical models.
