本文对涂塑钢管弯管工艺进行了详细分析 ,并阐述了涂塑钢管自动弯管装置设计要点 ,给出了计算机辅助确定设计参数的方法。实验证明 ,该设计方案能够提高产品质量和劳动生产率 ,减轻工人的劳动强度。

This paper gived the detailed analysis of the process of plastic-coated pipe, and explains the design essentials of the automatic bender. It also presents the method of parameter determination by means of computer-aided design. The process has been implemented in operation successfully, and has got great achievement in increasing productivity, improving product quality and reducing labor intensity as well.
