摘要
蜂巢板独特的结构使其具有较高的比弹性率(E/ρ),在大尺寸活塞辐射换能器中具有重要的应用价值,但蜂巢数量巨大使其在有限元仿真中所耗电脑资源很大,甚至得不到结果.以蜂巢活塞板为研究对象,对比研究了单层等效板和三层等效板,分析了蜂巢密度对力学性能的影响,提出了蜂巢板分析的力学等效模型,进一步得到了蜂巢板受力变形公式,获取了力学相似模型.研究结果表明:三层等效板更适合蜂巢板等效分析,蜂巢板形变量和蜂巢密度反相关,相似模型对比显示最大误差仅为1.62%.本研究为蜂巢板在大尺寸活塞辐射换能器中的应用奠定了一定的技术基础.
Honeycomb board is valuable on large dimesion transducers with piston,for elastic modulus ratio of its structure is big.When honeycomb board is analyzed by limited-element method,much computer resource is needed for nuch honeycombs.On the basis of honeyconb board,we have studied one-layer equivalent board and three-layers equivalent board,analyzed the influence of hoenycomb density on mechanical properties,the equivalent method has been given,and the deformation formula is derivated to get mechanics sinilarity models.The results indicate that three-layers equivalent board is better to be honeycomb board equivalent model,the deformation has the reverse cor-relation with honeycomb density,the maximum error of mechanical-similarity model is only 1.62%.The results are of great importance for the application in transducers with large dimension piston.
