超声相控阵线型阵列探头的声场建模与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 超声相控阵检测技术是一种先进的超声无损检测技术,它通过对超声阵列换能器中各阵元激励时间的控制,可实现波束合成,可任意控制焦点位置,具有动态聚焦、电子扫查、扇形扫描等特性,检测结果直观,已成为国内外超声波检测技术的研究热点.基于瑞利积分和Pencil法,采用了一维线型阵列探头声场半解析法计算模型,通过Matlab编程进行了探头声场仿真.仿真结果表明,声场计算模型能较好的反映探头聚焦声场,可通过改变探头参数,对聚焦声场进行调控,且效果良好,可为超声相控阵探头的研制和实际检测应用提供理论依据. Ultrasonic phased array testing technique is an advanced ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology.It can achieve controllable synthesized ultrasound beam and focus points by easily exciting each element with independent phase delay.With its dynamic focusing,electronic scanning and S-scanning,the defection result can be improved.Therefore,it has been becoming a focus of ultrasonic testing researching at home and abroad.This paper used a semianalytical model for the calculation of ultrasonic field based on Rayleigh Integration and Pencil method.Simulation provides the influence on the quality of synthetic sound beam of phased array by probefactors such as element number,distance of adjacent elements.Simulation result is considerably consistent to related theory,which provides the basis for the evaluation and measurement of sound field and the development of high-quality phased array probes.
