摘要
研究了超声波测距中不同的反射面粗糙度对测距精度的影响.首先给出地面粗糙度的定义,然后考虑超声波发射、在反射面形成反射回波、回波接收这一过程进行数学建模分析,建立超声波测距结果与反射面粗糙度之间的关系.并进一步通过对不同粗糙度反射面进行超声波测距实验及实验数据分析,实验结果验证了超声波测距精度与反射面粗糙度之间存在的关系.本文获取的结论对超声波测距系统实际应用有一定指导意义.
In this paper,the effect of reflector roughness on the precision of ultrasonic ranging is investigated.First of all,we give the definition of surface roughness,then consider the ultrasonic launching and analyze the process of the formation of reflective echoes on the reflectors by mathematical modeling.Futhermore,based on the experiment ultrasonic ranging data obtained with different type of reflectors,we analyze and investigate the qualitative relationship between the precision of ultrasonic ranging and the reflector roughness.The conclusion obtained in this work offers a meaningful reference for the practical application of ultrasonic ranging systems.
