作者报导用卡尔·费休试剂快速、准确地测定驱水工业硝化棉中水分的方法。经准确称量的工业驱水硝化棉溶解在卡尔·费休试剂溶液(甲)中,然后用卡尔·费休试剂溶液(乙)滴定到终点。 本方法的精密度高,六次平行测定的标准偏差是0.018。 本方法的精确度经29次与工厂用的气量法进行平行试验,平均相对偏差是2.77%,二种方法测定的数据符合良好。 本方法的测定速度快,测定单个样品只要数分钟,比气量法快数十倍。
The author reports a rapid and accurate estimation method of the watercontent in dehydrated industrial nitrocelluloses by Karl-Fischer reagent. Anaccurately weighed quantity of dehydrated industrial nitrocelluloses is dis-solved in Karl-Fischer reagent solution (A), and then it is titrated to endpoint with Karl-Fischer reagent solution(B). The precision of this method is satisfactory. It is established by six re-peated analyses, the standard deviation is 0.018. The accuracy of this method is established by twenty-nine analyses inparallel with the gas-volumetric method used in the factory. The relativeaverage deviation is 2.77%. The data of the estimation of two methods arein good agreement. The. establishment is rapid, it takes only a few minutes for each semple.in analysis. The time of the establishment with Karl-Fischer reagent isseveral docen times shorter than that of the establishment of the gas-volume-tric method.
