ERP实施作为国内企业推广ERP系统的关键作业,是ERP项目成功运用的基础。实施团队是ERP项目实施的主体,加强ERP实施团队的建设已成为ERP项目实施成功的关键。本文结合国内企业实施ERP的具体情况,就如何加强ERP实施团队建设提出一些建议。

ERP implement is the key process for enterprises to promote ERP in China and the base to successfully carry out ERP.Implement teams are the principal part for ERP projects to be implemented.And it is a key of successful ERP projects to enforce the construction of implement teams.Based upon the current implement of ERP in enterprises in China,this paper presents some suggestions for the purpose of improving the construction of ERP implement teams.
