摘要
随着工作压力研究的不断深入和发展,学者们的研究逐渐由关注压力的来源向工作压力的影响效果及干预策略等问题衍生发展。本研究关注管理者工作压力对职业幸福感的影响,重点探讨自我效能感的中介作用以及恢复体验的调节作用。通过对781位管理者进行的问卷调查及其实证分析结果表明:(1)工作压力和职业幸福感显著负相关;(2)自我效能感在工作压力对职业幸福感的关系中起部分中介作用;(3)恢复体验能显著调节工作压力对职业幸福感的负作用;恢复体验在管理者工作压力和职业幸福感之间起显著的调节作用。
With the research on the work stress,scholars began to pay more attention to the control and intervention of the work stress. The paper focuses on the influence of work stress on occupational well-being. The paper analyzed the relationship between recovery experience and work stress,self-efficacy,occupational well-being of mangers. A questionnaire survey was conducted to 781 managers. Results show that:( 1) Work stress had significant negative effect on the relationship between occupational well-being of managers;( 2) Self-efficacy play a partly mediator role between the work stress and the occupational well-being of university cadres;( 3) Recovery experiences play significant moderator roles between work stress and occupational well-being of managers. Recovery experiences moderates the relationship between work stress and occupational well-being of managers.
